Speaker Presentation Details

 

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Contributed Oral Presenters: 15 minutes, including 3 minute question time
Invited Speakers: 30 minutes, including 5 minute question time
Plenary Speakers: 45 minutes, including 5 minute question time

Presentations to be emailed in advance, if possible, to iconn08@eventplanners.com.au. Alternatively bring it on USB or CD to the conference Speakers Support Centre a minimum of one hour prior to your session in order to upload your presentation on to the network. Under no circumstances will presenters be allowed to use their own laptop during their presentations. All presentations must be uploaded onto the conference laptops prior to the sessions commencing.

 

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster Dimensions: 2m wide x 1m high (landscape)

Tuesday poster session:

Displayed from 9.00am on Tuesday 26 February and must be removed prior to 12.30pm on Wednesday 27 February. You are expected to stand by your poster during the Poster Viewing and Happy Hour from 16.30 - 18.30 hours on Tuesday 26 February.

Thursday poster session:

Displayed 1.30pm on Wednesday 27 February and must be removed  after the poster viewing and Happy Hour on Thursday 28 February (after 7.00pm). You are expected to stand by your poster during the Poster Viewing and Happy Hour from 16.45 - 18.45 hours on Thursday 28 February.

Any posters not removed by the above times will be discarded by the organisers.

 

REGISTRATION

All oral and poster presenters must be registered to attend the conference by 20 January if they wish to appear in the conference program and for their abstract to be published in the conference proceedings CD. Click here to be taken to the registration page.

 

FULL MANUSCRIPTS

The Conference proceedings will be peer reviewed and published by the IEEE Publishing Company, in the form of a CD-ROM for distribution to participants after the conference as well as posted on the IEEExplore database like all other IEEE Conference proceedings and papers are accessible to the international community. Click here to format your manuscript using the required template. This is the same template that was used for abstracts, however you must submit a four page manuscriptThe deadline for submission of manuscripts is 29 February 2008.
